Your Impact

  • Manage Leadership & Culture programmes and projects in the area of Leadership Development, Sustainable High Performance and Inclusion & Diversity with content guidance of subject matter experts: a) managing content selection in collaboration with expert colleagues, b) provider management, c) event / programme organisation with support of Training Management, d) liaising with internal and external stakeholder groups, e) budget controlling and reporting on activities to given internal clients / stakeholder and supervisory boards.
  • Be responsible to manage leadership and coaching skills programmes and iniatives for PwC Switzerland: co-development, roll-out, quality control, impact reporting.
  • Set up project planning & milestones, plan operating rhythm & interfaces collaboration, stakeholder management, coordinate project meetings, support in communication and change measures.
  • Collaborate with and supports L&C Design & Facilitation experts with tasks regarding programme management i.e. prepare content, trainer & provider selection.

Your Skill Set

  • KV degree or other relevant education in HR / economics.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience, preferably in support roles in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Human Capital.
  • Strong communication skills (e.g. presentation skills, presence, active listening) and collaboration skills (e.g. team-oriented, ability to build trust, reliability, inclusive behaviour, networking skills, negotiation skills).
  • Fluent in English, German and/or French a plus.
