Your main responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for planning, organising and execution of national and cross-border buy and sell side Financial Due Diligence projects
  • Contribution to further development of existing Due Diligence products and practice including the technology/innovation/digitalisation aspects
  • Support the execution of varied and complex Corporate Finance/M&A transactions
  • Perform valuations and financial modelling projects is a plus
  • Support clients in external growth initiatives from strategic initiation throughout the transaction execution
  • Lead project teams and support the development of junior staff capabilities/skills

 

Your profile

  • We are looking for a Due Diligence professional who wants to define her/his area of responsibility within our practice
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant work (Big 4 or comparable international advisory firm) 
  • Advanced Excel-Skills regarding Financial Due Diligence analysis
  • Fluent in English and German (any additional language is a plus)
  • You are a dynamic person and a natural leader with commitment and dedication to teamwork
  • You are experienced in international (cross-border) business
