Starting in July or September you will work with a 6 months limited contract, extension possible. Your working day typically includes: 

• act as main point of contact for all logistics related queries and questions for stores
• ensure that orders are executed in accordance with service level agreement
• monitor replenishing, transport execution and execution of Ecommerce-orders/-returns
• coordinate all activities related to outbound of products from distribution centers to customers
• act as interface between warehouses and customers 

Your working language is English (fluently spoken and written, min. C1 level), any other language is an advantage. A commercial education/degree, some working experience in an international logistics environment in Switzerland, a customer-oriented mindset, team player mentality as well as a highly motivated personality with the ability to operate independently make you the ideal candidate. You possess a valid work permit for Switzerland and are already living in the Zug area, also a hybrid work model is possible.
