What to expect

• Contribute to the valuation of technical reserves, mainly for the Local GAAP framework.
• Perform data analysis via extractions from various systems (e.g., policy administration systems).
• Identify and implement improvement and automation initiatives to render our processes more robust and more efficient.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial modelling, product development, risk management, and finance to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.

The skills you'll bring

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Willing to progress towards achieving actuarial credentials.
• Strong analytical skills with a flair for programming languages.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Prior internship or work experience in life insurance, actuarial consulting, or related fields is a plus.
• Fluent in German is a must for this position; English is a huge advantage
