Job Description

Our internal IT Operations team serves the overall business strategy and supports the company's growth at our three international offices (and probably more to come) through the operation and support of modern, scalable cloud-based systems. They deliver value for their customer, eliminate inefficiency, and improve the organization continuously.

As part of the IT Operations team, your main tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Solve incidents and problems colleagues have with their IT equipment and productivity tools, e.g. laptops, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office 365, etc.
• Prepare IT equipment and On/Offboard employees in Zurich and remotely in our other locations
• Help your colleagues with their IT requests
• Maintain the internal office IT infrastructure e.g. network, firewall, printers

Qualifications:

• You are in an IT apprenticeship or studying computer science
• You may know some of these software: Windows, macOS, Jira, Confluence, MS Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and the willingness to continue to learn in a constantly changing IT landscape
• You are curious to work in a start-up environment
• You stay abreast of technology developments
• You are fluent in English, which is mandatory for this role
• Speaking German would be a plus
