You support the Global Communications & Branding team as the organizational and administrative backbone of a highly agile and globally connected team.
Some of your exciting challenges include:
Establishing and ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within the team and with key internal stakeholders
Knowledge management, incl. maintaining and optimizing MS Teams and Sharepoint spaces and various databases and contact lists
Contract and vendor management
Budgeting process and ongoing cost control
Event organization
Annual planning and managing all touchpoints across the global community, incl. trainings and global meetings
Daily monitoring of shared inboxes and handling standard inquiries
Supporting the roll-out and adoption of digital tools within the team
Supporting the Head Global Communications & Branding in creating presentations and reports
You have strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for details while equally seeing the bigger picture to effectively connect the dots. As a results-oriented and resilient team player with a can-do attitude you thrive in an international Group-level environment. You are MS365 savvy and enjoy working with data and various digital platforms. Your flexible and pro-active attitude allows for working against tight schedules.
