What will you be doing as Group Vice President Communications?
- Lead a team of 5 people
- Internal and external communications
- Overseeing content for both the internal Octanet and our corporate website octapharma.com
- Working with the Head of Sustainability on EU CSRD reporting
- Working closely with our various corporate functions, including HR and IT, on communications topics
Who are you?
- You have a University degree in a relevant discipline
- You have 10+ years of communications experience in a pharmaceutical company, with experience in leading a small, high performing team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in German and English
- You enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and locations, and have the ability to seek consensus and move projects forward
- You have knowledge of the EU CSRD Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive

The Corporate Communications Team
- The Corporate Communications Department coordinates the Group's communications objectives
- Internal and external communications
- Manages Octapharma's corporate brand guidelines and tools
- Produces our Annual Report and corporate presentation
- Works with colleagues across the organisation to develop content for our internal Octanet as well as our corporate website
- Manages various online and social media channels
- Oversees Octapharma's corporate congresses and events in close collaboration with our International Business Units
- Domain management and storage of media assets
